Nepal Whitewater RaftingWhite Water Rafting
A river trip in Nepal is a wonderful way to explore and experience Nepal’s natural and enthno-cultural heritage. Rivers there are regarded as goddesses, and are included in a number of Hindu and Buddhist religious rituals. Many can be witnessed during a raft adventure. Slopes adjoining the rivers often harbor dense vegetation and interesting wildlife. Several varieties of fish also abound. And... rafting in Nepal is a great experience in it’s own right. The thrill of running white water rapids can be as exhilarating as reaching a mountain summit!

Rhino View from Elephant Back on SafariWildlife Jungle Safari
Nepal has been endowed with a huge diversity of climatic zones providing a home for a host of plants, birds, and animals. Nepal’s famous National Park system is designed to preserve this amazing natural heritage.

Royal Chitwan National Park is a wildlife and cultural haven, unique in terms of the rare species, such as Royal Bengal tigers, deer, rhino, bear and wild boar, as well as the fascinating Tharu tribe whose lifestyle has remained unchanged for several hundred years. The Royal Chitwan National Park is a large area of low, heavily forested hills bordering India on the south.

There are crocodiles in the rivers and a wealth of birds. Several jungle camps have been created to offer the tourists comfortable accommodation, elephant-back safaris for wildlife viewing, canoeing and nature walks with highly trained naturalists. The camps are rigorously regulated to avoid environmental and habitat disturbance. The are easily reached by air or road. A three day trip will provide an unforgettable wildlife viewing experience.

Everest ViewMountain Flights
Mountain viewing flights have become more and more popular in Nepal, especially for those who have little time or for whom trekking is not an option. Trekkers, too, often want to get a ‘bird’s eye view’ of the territory they have ‘conquered’ on foot! More than three airlines offer regular fly-overs of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. Flights take off from Kathmandu in the early morning for an hour’s worth of spectacular mountain scenery.

Balloon SunriseBalloon Sunrise over Kathmandu Valley
Ballooning is also becoming very popular. Flights soar 3000 m. above the Kathmandu valley. "Balloon Sunrise" is a one hour hot air balloon flight that provides really spectacular views. Decorated with "the all-seeing eye of the Buddha", the Balloon rises gently over green terraced fields in the crisp morning air. Within minutes, the majestic Himalayan panorama will greet you.

The rugged Langtang region and all the Himalayas to Mt. Everest will be your view on the horizon. In the comfort of a wicker basket and in the world’s oldest, safest and slowest means of flight, you will experience a 360° view of the world’s highest mountain ranges. This is a trip to stir the soul when you are in Kathmandu.

Other Services
We can also help you with ticketing for flights, bicycle tours, sightseeing tours around Kathmandu, a visit to Lumbini (Buddha's birthplace), cultural shows and all forms of incentive travel. The skies the limit at Reach for the Sky Adventure.
